We deliver change for clients who want to improve services for the public, save money, reduce risk, upgrade out of date services or just do things in a different way. We work with clients across the public and private sectors and tailor how we deliver our services to the unique needs of each client and project.

We can provide a single, highly skilled, resource to work with other teams and stakeholders and manage your change delivery or we can provide entire teams to deliver outcomes based on your business needs. Where we provide delivery teams, they can consist of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Architects, Developers, Designers, UR/UX experts, Security Experts, and other resources needed to deliver successful projects. We will be responsible for the management of your delivery and will provide account management, MI, and regular progress reports to ensure that you are always aware of how your delivery is progressing.

Actio Consulting UK Ltd can act as the Intelligent Client and manage multiple suppliers, as well as internal resources and teams, to ensure that your change is delivered successfully. We pride ourselves on our ability to work with multiple stakeholders from multiple organisations and to build teams with a “one team” ethos where everybody is working to a common goal.

We can pick up in-flight work, where there may be problems emerging with governance or scope, or deliver your project from the very beginning where we take ownership and responsibility for delivery, identify the problems to be solved, the user needs, agree the scope, agree budgets, and manage procurement of suppliers and identification of internal resources.

We have years of experience of working in an agile way but are equally happy (and qualified!) working in a more waterfall environment. Our approach of focussing on user needs, building teams of motivated people and working with suppliers to a common goal works, no matter whether you are the most agile organisation or the most waterfall; they are the basics of any successful delivery.
