We believe that people and teams deliver projects, not tools or methodologies no matter how buzzwordy or trendy they are. If the people tasked with delivering all of things necessary to make the project a success aren’t all pulling in the same direction then the project won’t go smoothly.
Over the past twenty years of working with clients across the Public and Private sectors, we have learned that people are the most important part of any successful delivery, but this still seems to be something that gets forgotten on a regular basis, on all types of projects large and small.
It’s that simple.
Don’t get us wrong we absolutely understand that the right framework, whether that be Scrum or LeSS or SAFe, or something more waterfall, is essential to ensure the right control and governance over the delivery, it is just that, if the people aren’t invested in the success of the project then no amount of rigid adherence to the rules will magically make it a success.
Just to make sure that we cover all bases, our consultants and associates are all experienced and qualified in their areas of expertise including Prince, Scrum, Lean, SAFe and Kanban.

We build teams and environments where people want to work together for a common goal. Where there are external suppliers we bring them into the team instead of treating them as just something to be held to a contract. We recognise that the best results will be achieved by everybody working together and that includes suppliers, staff, contractors and management.

We speak, we communicate, we talk, we empower people to do their best, and we listen to people and their ideas about how things could be better. We don’t have a rigid one size fits all methodology, we work with clients to build successful environments and we adapt how we work to the needs and abilities of the people and teams involved. Some will need coaching along the way, some will be experts and most will be somewhere in-between, but everybody is full of ideas about how to make their business better through change.
